First, I'd like to apologize to those who are working on their auditions for the OCT but as of now this OCT is going to be put under construction until further notice. I am terribly sorry for the inconvenience but from the looks of it, it still needs some work so...sorry again. :iconohdearplz:

Are you advertising this OCT? Try contacting clubs that make lists of active OCTs or try gaining people to join by asking them.

This OCT will be advertised on *TheOCTZone considering that's the only active OCT advertiser that I know of.

Asking to be affiliated with other OCTs with similar or upcoming deadlines is also a good way of gaining attention.
Make sure the deadlines don't overlap, but are different. For example:

an OCT ends on 31st of October,
your should end mid November or end of November

this way people who didn't make it in, might be interested to join this OCT.
